Vornado is also performing well, up 16.6% in a month and 24% in three months, despite being 7% from its December high. On the other hand, CBRE has experienced a 22% increase in a month, but the stock has dropped 7% from its July 31st high. BXP is up 12% in a month and 11% in three months, but it is 8.7% from its December high. These fluctuations indicate a certain level of volatility in the real estate market.

In the pharmaceutical sector, Eli Lilly has shown substantial growth, with the stock up 32.5% so far in 2024. However, it is interesting to note that the stock is only 20% from its July high, indicating a potential leveling off in performance. Despite the impressive year-to-date gains, the stock has remained flat over the past three months, suggesting a possible slowdown in momentum.

Under Armour and Capri Holdings are two companies in the apparel and accessories sector that have upcoming earnings reports. Under Armour’s Class C shares have seen a 4.4% decrease over the past three months and are currently 30% from the December high. Capri Holdings, on the other hand, is down 13.7% in three months and a significant 41.5% from its high almost a year ago. The performance of these companies may reflect broader trends in consumer spending and fashion preferences.
